Hi, I'm Amy Wood, the CEO of Flint Avenue. We are a software development and marketing communications company based in Lubbock, Texas.

I am a Spring 2022 Goldman Sachs Scholar in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

Every week, I join my virtual cohort of over 160 small business owners from all over the United States for an intensive, rewarding 12-week MBA-level course.

The course covers many essential topics including finance fundamentals, leadership, resource management, and my favorite topic: marketing!

Although we learn a lot of business theory, each module is tailored to our business needs and goals.

In just a few short weeks, I have already learned to evaluate profitability, think strategically about scalability, and understand how different leadership styles impact our business.

After receiving the referral, a representative from 10,000 Small Businesses will follow up directly with you. 

They will work with you to ensure you have the information and support you need as you consider completing the application process.  

The qualifying criteria are:
-Owner/co-owner of the business
-Prior year revenues of at least $75,000
-Minimum of two employees (including the owner)
-In operation at least two years
